Westerhill Homes, part of the Kent based award-winning Chartway Group, is a privately funded development company with diverse developments across Kent. Formed in 2009 Westerhill Homes has quickly gained a reputation for building quality new homes in sought-after locations.
Reflecting the Kent heritage and local vernacular are key design points. Keen to develop new homes which blend with their surroundings, our attention to detail and quality of our construction has seen us grow exponentially over the last few years.
At the heart of everything we do is a passion to protect the environment and enhance the communities where we are building, developing social interaction between neighbours and working with local business and schools. These core values and a passion for creating new neighbourhoods go hand-in hand with reaching out to the wider community.
Being based locally, with many of the team living in and around the Maidstone area, we are keen to support local charities. Some of our team have had personal experience of the hospice and the work it does both in the hospice itself, and the local community.
Over the last five years Westerhill Homes has worked closely with Heart of Kent Hospice, providing a mini-bus, revamping the garden at the Magnolia Café and supporting various fundraising events. This special relationship now continues with Westerhill Homes being the Official Presenting Partner for Elmer’s Big Heart of Kent Parade.
Ian Savage, CEO, Chartway Group says “Westerhill Homes are delighted to be an Official Presenting Partner for Elmer’s Big Heart of Kent Parade. This is a fantastic initiative that will bring the people of Kent, local businesses, schools and the Hospice together in a way that enables everyone to get involved. Maidstone and the County of Kent are very close to our hearts with many of us at Westerhill living as well as working in Maidstone. To help raise awareness of the Hospice as well as strengthen the profile of our business and our home town through the art trail is very exciting.”
